The problem

What it costs to run a company on Excel and WhatsApp

These losses never show up on an invoice. You pay for them in hours, in mistakes and in customers who walk away. That's where we start.

  1. 01

The same data typed three times

A purchase order copied into Excel, then into the invoice, then into the books. Every copy is another chance for an error.

  2. 02

    Leads that slip away

An enquiry lands on WhatsApp on Friday night and nobody follows up on Monday. The customer signs elsewhere.

  3. 03

    Numbers that arrive too late

Monthly revenue is known on the 10th of the following month. Too late to change course.

  4. 04

    Data scattered everywhere

Customer contacts live on personal phones. The day a salesperson leaves, the address book leaves with them.

Live demo

A quote request crosses the whole company, without retyping a thing

This is the kind of flow we build: the website, the CRM, the quote, the payment and the dashboard hand over to each other with no human in the loop.

FAQ

What business leaders ask us

Another question? Give us a call, you'll get an answer faster than by email.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After a first conversation you receive a detailed quote, broken into phases, stating what is delivered at each step. Our subscription products have a fixed monthly price.

How long does delivery take?

A website takes a few weeks, business software several months. We split every project into successive releases, so your teams use the first features before the project ends.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data belongs to you, without exception, and you can export it at any time. For custom development, the terms for transferring the code are written out in the quote.

What happens after launch?

A maintenance contract covers hosting, backups, security updates and new features. You keep a contact who knows your system inside out.

Do you work outside Cameroon?

Yes. Our team is based in Douala and works remotely with companies across French-speaking Africa, Europe and Canada.
