ERP: Your whole operation in one database

When inventory, sales and accounting live in three separate tools, every mismatch costs hours of reconciliation. An ERP links everything: a sale updates stock, generates the invoice and posts the accounting entry.

What changes

Your day-to-day, before and after

Today

  • Actual stock never matches the spreadsheet
  • Accounting retypes every invoice
  • Stock counts shut down operations for days
  • Nobody knows the real margin per product

With Bikus Group

  • Stock updated with every sale and every delivery
  • Accounting entries generated automatically
  • Rolling stock counts without closing the shop
  • Margin by product, customer and location

FAQ

Your questions about ERP

How much does it cost?

Every project gets a detailed quote broken into phases, after a first conversation about your needs. You know what gets delivered at each step before you commit.

Is an ERP only for large companies?

No. An SME with stock and several salespeople benefits quickly. We often start with two modules and add the rest later.

Does the ERP follow the OHADA chart of accounts?

We set up the accounts according to the framework your accountant uses, which is SYSCOHADA in most cases across the CEMAC zone.

What happens to our history?

We migrate the data you need (items, customers, suppliers, opening balances) so you start from a clean base.

Does the ERP work if the internet goes down?

Depending on your constraints, we offer a cloud setup or a server on your premises. We discuss it during the audit.
