Pricing and quotes
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After a first conversation you receive a detailed quote broken into phases, stating what is delivered at each step.
How much do your subscription products cost?
BIKUS SYSTEM starts at 5,500 FCFA a month, plus a 35,000 FCFA setup fee. BIKUS IA Academy costs 45,000 FCFA as a one-off payment. Pricing for our other products will be announced at launch.
Does the first conversation commit us to anything?
No. It's there to understand your need and give you a first opinion. You then decide, based on a written quote.
Timelines and approach
How long does delivery take?
A website takes a few weeks, business software several months. Every project is split into successive releases, so your teams use the first features before the project ends.
Can we start without an audit?
Yes, for a simple, well-defined need. As soon as a project touches several departments, the audit keeps us from building the wrong tool.
What if our needs change during the project?
That's expected. Splitting the work into phases lets us revisit priorities at each step without undoing what has been delivered.
How do we follow progress?
A demo and a report at the end of each phase. In between, your contact is reachable by phone and email.
Ownership, data and security
Who owns the code and the data?
Your data belongs to you, without exception, and you can export it at any time. For custom development, the terms for transferring the code are set out in the quote.
Where are our applications hosted?
Our platforms are hosted in Europe, on servers located in the Netherlands. Depending on your constraints, installation on your own servers is possible.
How do you protect our information?
Personal, role-based access, encrypted connections and databases not exposed to the internet. The measures specific to each project, backups included, are set out in the quote.
After launch
What happens after launch?
A maintenance contract covers hosting, backups, security updates and new features. You keep a contact who knows your system inside out.
Do you train our teams?
Yes. Role-by-role training is part of the project, with short guides for each role.

Do you work outside Cameroon?
Yes. Our team is based in Douala and works remotely with companies across French-speaking Africa, Europe and Canada.
Which languages do you work in?
French and English. Several of our projects are bilingual.
Do you work with authors and publishers?
Yes. We've supported more than 150 authors and publishers, from layout to promoting their books.
