Your questions about Kalasi
Do we need to install anything?
No. Kalasi runs in the browser, on computer or phone, with an internet connection. For schools without a reliable connection, a locally installed version exists: contact us.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 30 days, no card needed. After the due date, you get three days' grace before access is cut; your data is kept and access resumes as soon as you pay.
How do we pay the subscription?
By Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), bank transfer or cash. You declare your payment in the app, we check it has arrived and your subscription is extended.
Who sees what?
Each account has a role: a teacher only sees their subjects, a cashier cannot reach classes, a parent only sees their own children. A school's data is visible to no other school.
