Four steps, no surprises
Digital projects usually go off the rails for three reasons: the tool doesn't match the need, the budget drifts, or nobody uses it. Our approach tackles those three risks, one step at a time.
- 01Step 1
Audit
Understand before we propose.
What we do
- Interviews with management and staff
- Observing processes as they really run
- Inventory of existing tools and data
- Putting a figure on lost time and money
What you get
- A readable audit report
- A costed roadmap, phase by phase
Your part
Open your doors to us and name a contact person in the company.
- 02Step 2
Design
Validate the tool before building it.
What we do
- Journeys of the future users
- Clickable mock-ups of the screens
- Technical choices explained without jargon
- A delivery plan split into phases
What you get
- Mock-ups your teams can test
- A detailed quote for each phase
Your part
Have the mock-ups tested by the people who will use the tool.
- 03Step 3
Delivery
Go live in short steps.
What we do
- Development phase by phase
- A usable release at the end of each phase
- Testing on your real cases
- Migrating your existing data
What you get
- Access to every new release
- A report at each phase
Your part
Test each release and tell us what gets in the way.
- 04Step 4
Support
Keep the tool alive after launch.
What we do
- Team training, role by role
- Hosting, backups and security updates
- New features at the pace of your business
What you get
- Short guides for each role
- A maintenance contract and a named contact
Your part
Tell us about new needs as soon as they come up.
Our commitments
What stays the same, whatever the project
- 01
One point of contact
The same person follows your project from audit to support.
- 02
Price before work
A detailed quote per phase: you know what you pay before each step.
- 03
Visible results early
At the end of each phase, a release your teams can use.
- 04
Your data is yours
You can export it at any time; code transfer terms are written into the quote.
FAQ
About how we work
Can we start without an audit?
Yes, for a simple, well-defined need such as a website or one of our subscription products. As soon as a project touches several departments, the audit keeps us from building the wrong tool.
What if our needs change during the project?
That's expected. Splitting the work into phases lets us revisit priorities at each step without undoing what has been delivered.
How do we follow progress?
A demo and a report at the end of each phase. In between, your contact is reachable by phone and email.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Our team is based in Douala and works remotely with companies across French-speaking Africa, Europe and Canada.
Let's start with the audit.
Thirty minutes to understand your situation and tell you where we would begin.
