Through the quote and contact forms: name, email address, phone, company, the information you give about your project or message, and the page you wrote from.

No other data is collected without your knowledge. This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Our host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed for security and for the service to run properly.

This information is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our conversations.

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on the steps taken before a possible contract.

Your data is intended for the Bikus Group team. It is never sold or passed on.

Our technical processors access it only as far as their task requires: Railway Corporation for hosting (servers in the Netherlands) and Brevo for sending confirmation emails.

The servers hosting the website and its data are located in the European Union. By writing to us, you accept this transfer, which is covered by our processors' contractual commitments.

Requests that don't lead to a contract are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the legal obligations attached to it.

Under Cameroonian Law No. 2024/017 on the protection of personal data and, for people in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The database is not reachable from the internet and access to it is restricted to the team.
